今年以来，阿根廷、巴西、泰国等国出现了严重的登革热疫情，随着境外旅游和跨境商务活动的复苏，随着蚊媒密度逐渐攀升登革热输入导致本地病例的风险增加 <section data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="125375"><section style="margin: 10px auto;display: flex;justify-content: center;"><section 市疾控中心介绍，登革热是严格的伊蚊媒介传染病，由病人/隐性感染者→伊蚊→健康人的途径不断传播，人与人之间不会直接传播疾病。 当雌性伊蚊叮咬登革热病人或隐性感染者后，病毒随血液进入蚊子体内，经过8天~10天的增殖后获得感染力。当它再次叮咬人时，即将病毒传染给另一个人。 <p style="text-align:center;margin-right: 8px;margin-left: outside;"><li>突发高热，明显疲乏；</li><li>“三痛”（头痛，眼眶痛，肌肉、关节和骨骼痛）；</li><li>“三红征”（面、颈、胸部潮红）；</li><li>皮疹（四肢躯干或头面部出现充血性皮疹或点状出血疹）。</li></ul></section> 值得注意的是，登革热感染、流感和新冠病毒感染，都会表现出发热、肌肉疼痛等症状。 相较之下，流行性感冒和新冠病毒感染在出现发热、肌肉酸痛的同时会伴有咽痛、鼻塞、流涕等上呼吸道感染症状，一般无皮疹；另外新冠病毒感染还可能会出现嗅觉味觉减退或丧失。 <section data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="86005"><section data-autoskip="1" style="overflow: auto;font-size:
