2px;">条例还对严重不良行为进行界定，并对专门教育重点作出规范。例如，条例规定县级以上政府根据国家及省有关规定设置专门学校，并要求专门学校实行男女学生分班管理，女生班级应当至少配备一名女性班主任。此外，县级以上政府可以探索义务教育、职业教育贯通的专门学校建设模式，要求专门学校对接受专门教育的未成年人分级分类进行教育和矫治，有针对性地开展思想道德教育、法治教育、心理健康教育，并可以根据未成年人的实际情况开展职业教育等。</span></section><section 2px;">此外，条例还对违反刑法相关行为的专门矫治教育作了规定。根据我省未成年人矫治教育实践需求，条例规定省政府应当结合本地实际情况，至少确定一所专门学校，按照分校区、分班级等方式设置专门场所实行闭环管理，对经专门教育指导委员会评估同意、教育行政部门会同公安机关决定应实施专门矫治教育的未成年人进行专门矫治教育。</span></section><section
