16px;">同时嫌疑人的辩护人也向该院提出符合无社会危险性不批准逮捕的辩护意见。承办检察官通过阅卷，详细核查被害单位的发货单、地磅单、财务账单以及账户资金进出情况后，</span><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">认为犯罪嫌疑人职务侵占金额远超其供认的200多万，犯罪嫌疑人没有如实供认大部分的犯罪事实，不符合不批准逮捕条件。</span></strong></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">据此，新会区检察院依法对犯罪嫌疑人作出批准逮捕决定，</span><strong><span
