<p style="text-align: center;">据江门清风</p><p style="text-align: center;">江门市纪委监委通报</p><p style="text-align: center;">4起违反中央八项规定精神典型问题</p><p style="text-align: center;"><br/></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;margin: 8px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><br/></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;margin: 8px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">中秋、国庆节将至，为进一步严明纪律，强化警示教育，现将我市近期查处的4起违反中央八项规定精神典型问题通报如下： </span></p><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;margin: 8px;line-height: 2em;"><o:p></o:p></section><p></p><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;margin: 8px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px; color: rgb(192, 80, 77);"><strong>一、江门公用水务环境股份有限公司原党委副书记、总经理杜岖柏违规收受管理服务对象礼品和违规接受宴请问题。</strong></span><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;"></span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">2021年2月至2023年1月期间，杜岖柏于春节、中秋节前后多次收受管理服务对象张某所送的礼品合计8瓶飞天茅台酒和若干茶叶，并先后多次接受管理服务对象朱某的宴请。杜岖柏还存在其他严重违纪违法问题。2023年7月，杜岖柏受到开除党籍、政务开除处分。</span></span><o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;margin: 8px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br/></span></span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;margin: 8px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(192, 80, 77);"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px;">二、江门市水政管理支队水政监察员陆剑峰“私车公养”问题。</span></strong></span><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">2019年1月至2022年4月期间，陆剑峰利用负责江门市水政管理支队公务车、执法快艇维护保养的职务便利，违规使用单位配备给执法艇的公务加油卡为其私人车辆加油35次，金额合计11950.62元。2022年10月，陆剑峰受到政务记过处分，违纪所得予以收缴。</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;margin: 8px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><br/></span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;margin: 8px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(192, 80, 77);"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px;">三、广东大光明集团有限公司原副总经理马川违规收受礼品礼金、公款旅游问题。</span></strong></span><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">2005年至2016年，马川在江门市大光明电力设计有限公司、广东电网公司江门新会供电局、广东大光明集团有限公司任职期间，多次收受可能影响公正行使公权力的红包礼金合计251000元，以及海味礼盒、腊味礼盒、月饼、保健品、洋酒等礼品；接受私人老板给予的30000元购房优惠及减免部分装修费用；多次参加江门市大光明电力设计有限公司组织的公款旅游。马川还存在其他违法问题。2023年7月，马川受到政务撤职处分，违法所得予以收缴。</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;margin: 8px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><br/></span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;margin: 8px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(192, 80, 77);"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px;">四、开平市公安局交通警察大队原教导员关创权违规操办婚丧喜庆事宜等问题。</span></strong></span><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">2022年12月3日，关创权因家中丧事设“解秽酒”，期间违规邀请多名管理服务对象参加宴请，并由社会人员杨某支付餐费1700元。宴请中，关创权明知开平市公安机关执行一级勤务期间禁止饮酒，仍带头违反相关规定，组织下属人员违规饮酒。宴请结束后，参宴人员开平市交警大队机动巡逻中队原副中队长、三级警长许晓冬因醉酒驾驶发生交通事故。2023年1月，关创权受到撤销党内职务、政务撤职处分。2023年5月，许晓冬因危险驾驶罪被判处拘役2个月，缓刑4个月，并处罚金3000元。2023年6月，许晓冬受到开除党籍、政务开除处分。其他参宴人员和失职失责领导干部受到相应处理。</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;margin: 8px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><br/></span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;margin: 8px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">上述4起违反中央八项规定精神问题，反映出在正风肃纪反腐高压态势下，有的党员干部仍然不知敬畏、不知止，在纪律和规矩面前习惯于“装睡”，甚至有的顶风违纪、以身试法，在社会上造成不良影响，最终受到党纪国法的严肃惩处，教训十分深刻。</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;margin: 8px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">全市广大党员干部和公职人员要引以为戒，深刻汲取教训，自觉把中央八项规定精神作为“高压线”，时刻绷紧纪律之弦，做到知敬畏、存戒惧、守底线。全市各级党组织要坚决扛起作风建设主体责任，准确把握地区性、行业性、阶段性特点，紧盯普遍发生、反复出现的“四风”问题，结合主题教育工作安排，集中时间、集中力量开展整治，始终以钉钉子精神狠抓中央八项规定精神落实。全市各级纪检监察机关要把严的基调、严的措施、严的氛围长期坚持下去，紧盯中秋、国庆等重要节点，紧盯违规收送礼品礼金、违规吃喝等顽瘴痼疾，紧盯酒驾醉驾背后的“四风”问题，发现一起、查处一起，坚决斩断由风及腐链条，以严格监督执纪的实际行动彰显“零容忍”的坚定态度。</span><o:p></o:p></section><p></p><p style="display: none;"><mp-style-type data-value="3"></mp-style-type></p><p><br/></p><p>来源：江门清风</p><link rel="stylesheet" href="//www.singse.com/source/plugin/wcn_editor/public/wcn_editor_fit.css?v134_kxg" id="wcn_editor_css"/> 只要不去查。一查一个准
