16px;">而在检验检测能力要求方面,拟要求实验室应具备原料中农药残留、兽药残留等食品快检能力,以及成品中菌落总数和大肠埃希氏菌、餐用具中大肠菌群、加工环境中沉降菌和表面清洗消毒效果(或菌落总数、大肠菌群)的检验能力。鼓励实验室按照食品安全国家标准等开展食品检验工作,未建立相关检验能力的实验室可委托有资质的第三方检验机构开展检验。</span></section><section
