justify;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 128, 255);">“因为缺少技术设备支撑，当年普遍只能进行形式审查，无法对证件真伪进行辨别。我们当时的程序、手续都是符合规定的，现在很难撤销这个登记。”</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">会上民政部门表达了工作的难处“当年涉案行政行为的办理程序符合相关法律规定，但现在有了新情况和新证据，我们需要重新作出正确判断，尽快为受困当事人解决实际困难问题。”江海法院行政庭庭长罗斌一语点破了工作困局。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">在法院的主导下经四方沟通努力最终确立了由检察机关向涉案民政部门发出检察建议的工作方案，</span><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">民政部门收到检察建议后依法对涉案材料进行了重新审查经严格审查民政部门认为黄伯符合撤销婚姻登记的条件，遂为其撤销了涉案婚姻登记并协助其办理特困补助申请“。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">这起荒唐的婚姻，终于结束了！”</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span
