16px;">学校课后服务要坚持公益非营利原则，所需经费通过财政补贴和收取服务性收费、代收费相结合的方式解决。<strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">对经济困难家庭学生参加课后服务，应参照学生资助政策予以减免。</span></strong></span></section><section><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #0080ff;">（二）自愿参与原则。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">学校在提供课后服务时，应当提前公示服务内容、时间、收费标准，由学生家长自愿选择服务项目。</span><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #0080ff;font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（二）服务内容。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">下午课后托管服务分为基本托管服务和素质提升活动。基本托管服务包括学生自主作业、自主学习、自主阅读、教师答疑等学习活动，<strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">每天不少于1个课时，由学校提供为主。</span></strong>素质提升活动包括体育、艺术、科普等拓展活动，以学校提供为主，确实无法提供的，可通过引进第三方机构补充。<strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">学校开展课后服务要遵循教育规律和学生成长规律，有利于促进学生身心健康和全面发展。</span></strong>提倡对个别学习有困难的学生给予免费辅导帮助，<strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">由学校提供的课后服务，可作为服务性收费项目收取课后服务费;</span></strong>通过引进非学科类校外培训机构提供的课后服务，可作为代收费项目收取费用。对家庭经济困难学生要减免收费。</span></p><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;"> <strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">（二）课后服务费用按月或按学期据实收取，不得跨学期预收。</span></strong>学校应当提前公示收费标准，事先征求家长和学生意见，由家长自愿选择课后服务内容和时间，严禁以任何形式诱导、强制或变相强制学生参加课后服务。课后服务收费实行“一期一结”，原则上每学期期末放假前全部清算，不得跨学年结余、结转。学生入学后因故休学、转学或请假的，应按实际参加课后服务天数据实结算退还相应费用。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;"> <strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">（三）学校收取的校内课后服务收费需按有关规定开具税务发票，</span></strong>建立专账，专款专用，在期末以班为单位与学生家长结算，公开收支情况。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;"> <strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">（四）学校应通过官网、官微和信息公示栏等多种方式向学生、家长公示课后服务内容、服务方式、服务时间、收费项目、收费标准、政策文件和费用收支、投诉电话等情况，积极主动接受学生、家长和社会监督。</span></strong>除经有关部门批准并公示的收费项目外，不得向学生收取其他任何费用。</span></section><section style="line-height:
