17px;">今年第9号台风“苏拉”（超强台风级）中心9月1日7时位于江门沿海偏东方向约350公里的海面上，中心附近最大风力16级（55米/秒）。预计，“苏拉”将以每小时10到15公里的速度向西偏北方向移动，趋向我省中东部海面，将以强台风级于1日夜间到2日上午在惠东到台山一带沿海登陆，或在我省东部近岸海面折向西偏南方向移动。</span></p><p><br/></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">鉴于台风“苏拉”将严重影响我市，根据《江门市防汛防旱防风防冻应急预案》，市三防指挥部决定于9月1日8时将防风Ⅲ级应急响应提升为防风Ⅱ级应急响应。请各级各部门认真落实市委市政府有关部署和省市防台风工作部署会议精神，按照防台风“六个百分百”要求，进一步强化组织领导，加强会商研判，加密预报预警，全面排查消除风险隐患，及时转移并妥善安置危险区域群众，扎实做好抢险救援准备，切实做好台风、强降雨及其次生灾害防御工作，全力确保人民群众生命财产安全。</span></p><p><br/></p><p
