16px;">根据人力资源社会保障部关于企业职工基本养老保险全国统筹信息系统工作部署，广东省社会保险信息系统定于2023年<strong><span style="color: rgb(54, 120, 223);">5月1日0时至5月7日24时停机</span></strong>，深圳市切换上线企业职工基本养老保险全国统筹信息系统，期间全省范围部分业务暂停服务。有关事项公告如下：</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(54, 120, 223);">一、停机期间影响</span></strong><strong><span style="color: rgb(54, 120, 223);">的业</span></strong><strong><span style="color: rgb(54, 120, 223);">务</span></strong></span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">全省各级政务服务大厅、人社（社保）办事大厅，以及全国人社公共服务平台、国家社会保险公共服务平台、广东省政务服务网、粤省事、粤商通、广东省人社网上服务平台、广东人社APP、自助一体机、各地自建网上服务平台等线上服务渠道暂停以下服务查询及办理：</span></p><p><br></p></section><section 223);"><br></span></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">2023年5月8日0时各项业务恢复正常办理，线上服务同步恢复。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(54, 120, 223);">三、温馨提醒</span></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(54, 120, 223);"><br></span></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">（一）原定于2023年5月发放的企业职工基本养老保险定期待遇、工伤保险（含职业伤害保障）定期待遇、失业保险一次性待遇将<strong><span style="color: rgb(54, 120, 223);">提前至4月25日前发放</span></strong>，失业保险金、失业补助金和未提前发放的待遇将于5月底前完成补发。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">（二）2023年5月1日0时至5月7日24时，全省各类公共服务窗口、网上服务平台、自助服务终端暂停受理企业职工基本养老保险、工伤保险、失业保险、工伤认定、劳动能力鉴定等业务，公共服务窗口按照原工作时段提供咨询服务。停止受理业务时段不计入相关业务办理时限，期间需办理业务的人员可于系统升级完成后补办业务，应发待遇按规定予以补发。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">（三）2023年5月1日0时至5月7日24时，全省工伤医疗、康复、辅助器具配置（租赁）费用暂停联网结算，期间门诊、出入院的工伤职工可于系统升级完成后办理补就医登记和联网结算，也可自费结账后按零星报销方式处理。系统停机升级前符合出院条件的工伤职工应及时办理出院和联网结算。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">（四）工伤认定和劳动能力鉴定业务的线下（大厅）收件服务正常开展，线上办理服务恢复时间根据系统重新上线情况确定。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size:
