<section style="text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="text-indent: 2em;">近日，江门交警通过视频巡控锁定一批存在翘车头炫技炸街行为的摩托车轨迹。</span><span style="text-indent: 2em;">10月28日晚，支队指挥大厅通过前期掌握线索及该批车辆出行时间地段规律，发现其中3名摩托车驾驶员出现在江演中心沿江路路段，指挥大厅随即向江海交警发出指令，要求对其布控查缉。</span></section><br />

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px;">当晚21时许，见时机成熟，指挥大厅联合江海交警在江演中心沿江路路段一齐出手，将<span style="text-indent: 2em;">涉嫌炸街炫技的驾驶员袁某、杨某、包某（3人均为未成年人）查获，当场查扣1辆号牌为粤JG***5和1辆无号牌摩托车。其中包某当晚没有驾驶摩托车，但从前期布控的监控视频中可锁定其存在驾驶机动车行为。民警依法扣留2辆摩托车，并将3名未成年人带回大队进行调查。</span></p><br />

<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 8px;">根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》相关规定，江海交警依法对袁某<strong><span style="color: #ff2941;">无证驾驶和驾驶套牌车辆</span></strong>违法行为合并处以<strong><span style="color: #ff2941;">6000元罚款</span></strong>，对杨某<strong><span style="color: #ff2941;">无证驾驶和驾驶未悬挂号牌机动车上道路行驶</span></strong>等违法行为处以<strong><span style="color: #ff2941;">1200元罚款</span></strong>，对包某<strong><span style="color: #ff2941;">无证驾驶</span></strong>违法行为处以<strong><span style="color: #ff2941;">1000元罚款</span></strong>。</p><br />
<p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px;">除罚款外，民警对3人的交通违法行为进行严厉的批评教育，并对违法人员家长进行交通安全教育，要求家长履行好相应的监护责任、防止此类事件再次发生。</p><br />

道路并非竞技场，请广大驾驶人切勿盲目追求刺激、酷炫，路上竞技容易引发交通意外，甚至丢掉生命。此外，未成年不是逃避法律的挡箭牌，不管是成年人还是未成年人，只要触碰到法律的底线，都必将受到严惩。请广大家长看管好自己的小孩，及时制止违法行为，更不要指使和放任，以免造成更大的危害。
