16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">4、体检及政审。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">笔试、面试和体能测试结束后，根据考生各项成绩按招聘计划数1：1的比例确定名单，并组织体检，体检合格的，由辅警办联合相关职能部门组织政审和考察，确定拟录用人员名单。政审考察不合格者取消聘用资格。</span></p><p
