17px;">（一）居民生活用水原则上以住宅为单位确定（每户4人及以下），一个房产证明对应为一个居民家庭户，没有房产证明的，以供水企业为居民安装的水表为单位，如家庭用水人口超过4人的，可根据用水地址和对应的户口簿、居住证向供水企业申请增加用水人口，每增加1人，可在各级水量基础上每月相应增加6立方米。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="letter-spacing: 0.578px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">（二）养老机构、残疾人托养机构等社会福利场所及婴幼儿照护服务机构生活用水、学校教学和学生生活用水、家政企业在社区设置的服务网点用水、宗教场所生活用水、社区组织工作用房和居民公益性服务设施用水等，以及尚未实行“一户一表”的合表居民用水户（含住宅小区、集体宿舍），按照居民生活用水合表水价标准执行。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="letter-spacing: 0.578px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">（三）对经济困难家庭实行减免水费优惠政策</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="letter-spacing: 0.578px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">为减少水价调整对经济困难家庭的影响，对持有有关部门核发证件、证明的经济困难家庭，每户每月减免10立方米的水费，用水量不足10立方米的按实际用水量减免，超出免费用水量10立方米且用水量在第一阶梯水量（每户每月24立方米）范围内，其超出减免用水量的部分按第一阶梯水价收取，超过第一阶梯水量范围以上的则按实际阶梯水价收取。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p 17px;">（一）居民生活用水主要指城镇居民住宅家庭的日常生活用水，以及机关、部队、企事业单位等集体宿舍用水。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="letter-spacing: 0.578px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size:
