16px;">（一）未经许可携带火种进入林区（地）；</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">（二）上坟烧纸、烧香点烛；</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">（三）燃放烟花爆竹、孔明灯；</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">（四）携带易燃易爆物品；</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">（五）吸烟、野炊、烧烤、烤火取暖；</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">（六）烧黄蜂、熏蛇鼠、烧山狩猎；</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">（七）炼山、烧杂、烧灰积肥、烧荒烧炭或烧田基草、甘蔗叶、稻草、果园草等；</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">（八）林区动火施工作业；</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">（九）其他容易引起森林火灾的用火行为。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;color: #007aaa;"><strong>四、违法处理</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">凡违反本禁火令的，将依照《中华人民共和国森林法》《广东省森林防火条例》有关规定，<strong><span style="color:
