2px;">校外培训机构要牢固树立“隐患就是事故”的风险意识，预防为主，开展培训场所消防隐患排查，暑假前对重点场所开展1次安全自查自纠，制定完善疏散逃生等应急预案，营业期间每2小时开展不少于1次的防火等安全巡查，定期开展宣传教育、疏散演练等，坚决维护师生人身生命安全。同时也要配备必要的防暴器械，安排专人守好机构门口，确保学生上学放学安全。</span></p><p style="text-align:center;text-indent: 0em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170);"><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170);font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;">2.禁止违规开展学科类培训</span></strong></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;">根据国家“双减”政策规定，校外培训机构不得占用国家法定节假日、休息日及寒暑假期组织学科类培训。暑假期间，社会上任何形式的学科类培训都是违法违规的。任何机构或个人在暑假期间不得以咨询、文化传播、住家教师、众筹私教、国学素养、思维训练等名义开展“一对一”“一对多”等隐形变异学科培训。</span></p><p style="text-align:center;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);"><strong>3.依法依规开展非学科培训</strong></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><strong>一是不能超范围经营。</strong>培训项目内容要在办学许可范围内经营，校外培训机构超出办学许可范围的，由县级以上人民政府校外培训主管部门或者其他有关部门责令限期改正，并予以警告；有违法所得的，退还所收费用后没收违法所得；情节严重的，责令停止招收学员、吊销许可证件。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><strong>二是要实行明码标价。</strong>培训内容、培训时长、收费项目、收费标准等信息要在机构内显眼地方公示，接受家长监督。遵循公平、合法、诚实信用的原则，根据市场需求、培训成本等因素合理确定培训收费项目和标准，并向主管部门报送。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><strong>三是要规范预收费管理。</strong>不得一次性收取或以充值、次卡等形式变相收取时间跨度超过3个月或60课时的费用，且不超过5000元。要主动纳入“全国校外教育培训监管与服务综合平台”，开通资金监管专用账户，自觉接受监督。主动与学员家长签订《中小学生校外培训服务合同（示范文本）》，严格履行合同义务。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><strong>四是不能违规发布广告。</strong>不能在主流媒体及其新媒体、网络平台以及公共场所、居民区等线上线下空间刊登、播发面向中小学的校外培训广告，不发布各种夸大培训效果、误导公众教育观念、制造家长焦虑的违规广告。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;">依法合规办学是培训机构存续的生命线，稳定的制度、规范的市场是培训机构健康发展的保障，过度逐利、违规培训则是培训机构生存发展的“拦路虎”。暑假期间，有关部门将对校外培训机构办学行为进行定期巡查、暗访督查，发现违法违规行为将严肃处理。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 0em;"><span
