广东明确！普惠性托育服务机构，可享多项补贴！

style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;color: rgb(171, 25, 66);">将托育服务机构，认定为普惠性托育服务机构，需要具备哪些条件？</span></strong><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">《办法》明确：</span></p><ol class=" list-paddingleft-2" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><li><p style="text-align: justify;margin: 0px 8px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">在本省依法登记注册，经营范围（或业务范围）包含为3岁以下婴幼儿提供托育服务并在卫生健康行政部门<span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">备案</span>。</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;margin: 0px 8px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">遵守相关法律法规和政策文件要求；无失信惩戒记录，未发生歧视、体罚、变相体罚、侮辱、虐待婴幼儿等行为，未发生安全责任事故、婴幼儿伤害事件或其他负面影响事件。</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;margin: 0px 8px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">按政企协议约定价格提供普惠服务，<strong><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;color: rgb(171, 25, 66);">全日托每人每月保育费（不含膳食费）不超过同等情况市场化价格的80%，半日托、计时托、临时托参照全日托收费标准合理确定收费价格；</span></strong>在不高于前述金额的情况下，各地可结合实际采用人均可支配收入等认定标准。公办托育服务机构申请认定为普惠性托育服务机构的，按相关规定执行政府指导价。</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align: 1px;">对于托育服务的定价，《办法》明确，托育服务市场化价格由省卫生健康委委托省级相关行业协会，以县（市、区）为单位每年采集不少于80%的托育服务机构收费价格（不含膳食费），统计并计算均值后形成。托育机构数量少于5家的县（市、区）可参考临近地区的市场化价格。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;margin: 0px 8px;line-height:
