2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">1.学位资格类别</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: border-box;">（1）应届毕业生户籍与家庭房产（不含铺位、车库、商业公寓等，下同）地址一致，且在报读学校学区内，房产属应届毕业生、父母共同或父母一方单独100%拥有，并已实际居住（提供该房址水电费缴交发票或电子发票证明，下同），毕业生户籍与其父母双方或一方一致，且该生<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">2024年6月26日</strong>前入户本址。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">（2）应届毕业生户籍与家庭房产地址一致，且在报读学校学区内，房产属应届毕业生祖父母或外祖父母等直系亲属100%拥有，应届毕业生父母在台城无房产（需提供不动产中心出具的该生及其父母在台城名下无房产的证明，下同），并已实际居住，毕业生户籍与父母双方或一方一致，且该生<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">2024年6月26日</strong>前入户本址。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">（3）港澳台籍（即香港、澳门和台湾户籍，下同）应届毕业生港澳台居民居住证地址与家庭房产地址一致，且在报读学校学区内，房产属应届毕业生、父母共同或父母一方单独100%拥有，并已实际居住，该生港澳台居民居住证地址与父母双方或一方户籍地址一致，该生<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">2024年6月26日</strong>前取得本址港澳台居民居住证且在有效期内。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">第二类：上述第一类情况中，其他条件符合，但出现以下情况之一的，均属第二类。</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">（1）房产产权不足100%，但不少于50%（即房产权属人除上述“第一类（1）（2）（3）”列明的人员外，还包含其他人员，下同）。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">（2）房产未实际居住的（无法提供该房址水电费缴交发票证明）。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">（3）应届毕业生<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">2024年6月26日</strong>后入户本址或取得本址港澳台居民居住证的。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">第三类：应届毕业生户籍与家庭房产地址一致，且在报读学校学区内，房产属应届毕业生祖父母或外祖父母等直系亲属100%拥有，并已实际居住，该生户籍与祖父母、外祖父母双方或一方一致。</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">第四类：满足以下条件之一为第四类。</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">（1）应届毕业生户籍在报读学校学区内，且户籍户主是父母、祖父母、外祖父母等直系亲属，但与家庭房产地址不一致。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">（2）应届毕业生户籍不在报读学校学区内，但家庭房产在报读学校学区内，房产属应届毕业生本人、父母、祖父母、外祖父母单独或共同拥有。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">（3）应届毕业生属单位集体户籍满<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">半年以上</strong>（资料核准日期为准），与父母双方或一方的户籍一致，并在报读学校学区内，该生在台城无直系亲属家庭房产。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">（4）上述“第三类”情况中，若房产产权不足100%且不少于50%或未实际居住的。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">2.学位安排办法</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">地段划分生根据招生人数、招生区域，按照上述资格类别从第一类到第四类的顺序依次安排到学校就读。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">如学区内的应届毕业生人数未达到学校招生计划人数，则全部安排入读；如学区内的应届毕业生人数超过招生计划人数，按照学位资格类别依次安排入读，即安排第一类后，仍有剩余学位，再安排第二类，以此类推。若某一类超过计划招生人数的，则该类应届毕业生采用电脑派位的方法确定名单，未能取得学位的应届毕业生，由教育部门统筹调配到有学位的公办学校就读。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">（二）非台城户籍且在台城没有直系亲属房地产权证的台城地区小学毕业生</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">以毕业生信息预登记时提供的原籍户口簿、家庭居住地（长期租住、寄居房子）的有效证明材料为依据，由教育部门根据学位情况统筹安排在公办学校入读。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">（三）港澳台籍应届毕业生</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">根据有关政策规定，港澳台籍应届毕业生持有港澳台居民居住证（居住地址为台城地区）且在有效期内，按有台城户籍安排就读。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">（四）台山市域台城街道外其他乡镇就读的毕业生</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.25em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing:
