style="font-size:16px;">严禁任何单位、组织和个人实施未经批准的“低慢小”航空器飞行活动和孔明灯等低空飘浮物体放飞行为。“低慢小”航空器是指飞行高度在1000米以下、飞行时速小于200公里、雷达反射面积小于2平方米的航空器具，主要包括：轻型和超轻型飞机、轻型和超轻型直升机、滑翔机、三角翼、动力三角翼、载人气球（热气球）、飞艇、滑翔伞、动力滑翔伞、无人机、航空模型、航天模型、无人驾驶自由气球、系留气球等。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 0em;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>四、管控措施</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 0em;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size:16px;">在管控区域内，未经依法批准，禁止一切单位、组织和个人利用“低慢小”航空器进行各类体育、娱乐、商业、勘测性飞行活动和施放气球活动。广大市民及飞行爱好者应当主动配合军队、民航、公安、体育、民政等部门，做好“低慢小”航空器及拥有者、使用者的登记管理工作，同时严格遵守各项规定，杜绝违规飞行。</span></p><p style="text-indent: wrap;">3.观赏时请自觉保持安全距离，避免扎堆，行进、观赏和拍照时，相互谦让，减少矛盾产生，不得追逐、打闹、推搡、起哄和滋事斗殴。当发生突发情况时，请保持冷静，服从现场安保和工作人员的指挥。</p><p style="text-indent: 0em;text-wrap: wrap;">4.严禁在附近小区、自建房等楼顶或天台聚集，切勿攀爬楼顶栏杆、阳台护栏等，慎防失足坠落。不得倚靠窗台、围挡、护栏等设施。严禁高空抛物。不得在情况不明的区域走动奔跑。烟花燃放期间，周边住户请关闭好窗户，提前清理阳台可燃易燃杂物及晾晒衣被</p><p style="text-indent: 0em;text-wrap: wrap;">5.严禁携带管制器具、易燃易爆物品、宠物等进入现场，禁止在观赏区域内明炉生火煮茶、携带刀具切水果等行为。</p><p style="text-indent: 0em;text-wrap: wrap;">6. 活动期间，未经批准的“低、慢、小”飞行器禁止在燃放区域上空飞行，严禁在燃放区域上空放氢气球、燃放孔明灯、烟花爆竹等。</p><p style="text-indent: 0em;text-wrap: wrap;">7.请自觉遵守公共秩序，严禁跨越公安机关设置的警戒线、安全护栏和隔离带进入管制区域，严禁攀登隔离护栏、广告牌架、灯架观看，不得临水观看，避免发生意外。</p><p style="text-indent: 0em;text-wrap: wrap;">8.现场不得追逐、打闹、推搡、起哄和滋事斗殴，严防发生跌倒或踩踏等意外事故。当发生突发情况时，请保持冷静，服从现场安保和工作人员的指挥。</p><p style="text-indent: 0em;text-wrap: wrap;">9.请注意保管好随身物品，照顾好老人、儿童，避免走失。活动将通过电视台或网络媒体直播，建议老人、儿童、孕妇及其他行动不便的市民居家观看。每个区域均安排有志愿者，有困难或问题可以找志愿者协调解决。</p><p style="text-indent: 0em;text-wrap: wrap;">10.请自带干粮、适量饮用水和垃圾袋，候场过程中不要过多饮水；老人应自备救急药品；沿江区域早晚温差大，请做好个人防寒防风保暖措施。</p><p style="text-indent: 0em;text-wrap: wrap;">11.请自觉将果壳、纸屑、饮料瓶等垃圾杂物放置到垃圾袋和垃圾桶，保持所在区域环境洁净。</p><p style="text-indent:
