受今年第二季度持续暴雨天气影响，经群众反映和职能部门检查核实，目前罗坑镇乡道Y189牛湾公园至亨头村的软基路段出现局部路基掏空、路面开裂等方面道路受损情况，存在道路不受压、承载力差等交通安全隐患。结合群众反映的大量过境车辆在该路段超限超载行驶的问题，为切实保障人民群众生命财产安全，根据《中华人民共和国公路法》《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》《公路安全保护条例》《超限运输车辆行驶公路管理规定（交通运输部令2016第62号）》等法律规定，基于现状道路实际承重能力考虑，经研究决定对罗坑镇乡道Y189牛湾公园至亨头村路段实施临时限宽管理，并由职能部门启动对该路段开展全面排查修复。</p><p
