2em;">2023年3月至2023年8月期间，舒某以营利为目的通过微信接收32名赌客的“六合彩”赌资，再交给上线进行投注并从中赚取佣金。经统计，舒某共收取赌资17万余元，获得违法所得7000元。审讯中，舒某供述：“我获得的非法获利我都再次**，而且全都输光了。”</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">2024年3月，新会区检察院对舒某依法提起公诉，舒某因犯赌博罪，被法院判处有期徒刑七个月，缓刑一年，并处罚金人民币八千元，追缴违法所得人民币七千元。<span style=""></span></p><p style="text-indent:
