食品标签标识是企业保障食品安全、展示食品特性的重要载体，是消费者获取食品信息、了解企业品牌的直接方式，对消费者的购买意愿和企业的品牌形象有着重要影响。为方便消费者清晰辨识预包装食品（含食品添加剂）标签标识，市场监管总局近期发布了《关于鼓励食品企业优化预包装食品生产日期和保质期标签标识的公告》（2024年第8号）（以下简称《公告》）。为进一步响应《公告》号召，结合我省实际，鼓励和引导全省食品生产企业积极主动落实改进措施，现提出如下倡议：</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><br/></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(227, 108, 9);font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;"><strong>一、优化标注位置的显著度，让日期“容易找”</strong></span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><br/></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（一）在预包装食品最小销售包装的主要展示版面显著标注预包装食品的生产日期和保质期。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br/></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（二）最小销售包装有多层的，在其最外层包装上标注预包装食品的生产日期和保质期。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br/></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（三）采用“见包装物某位置”的形式标注生产日期和保质期的，其指向应当具体清晰、描述准确、位置明显且易于查找。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br/></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（四）生产日期和保质期应展示在食品包装外侧表面，不在食品包装内侧表面通过液态产品透射、折射等方式进行展示。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br/></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（五）生产日期和保质期不标注在食品包装以外载体上。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><br/></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(227, 108, 9);font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;"><strong>二、强化标注字体的清晰度，让日期“看得清”</strong></span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><br/></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;font-size: 16px;">（六）使用最小高度不小于3毫米、高度与宽度之比不大于3:1的文字、数字、符号标注生产日期和保质期。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br/></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（七）以白底黑字、黑底白字等背景颜色与日期颜色对比明显的形式清晰标注生产日期和保质期。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br/></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（八）改进镭射喷码雕刻技术、钢印压字技术、激光打印、喷墨打印等日期标注技术和设备，字体应具备明显颜色，符合对比明显要求，同时确保持久清晰。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br/></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（九）生产日期和保质期不印刷在螺纹、凹凸等不平滑表面，以免造成文字扭曲、难以识别。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br/></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（十）生产日期和保质期不与其他标签文字、图案重叠。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><br/></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(227, 108, 9);">三、提高标注方式的便民度，让日期“不用算”</span></strong></span></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br/></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（十一）按照年、月、日的顺序明确标注生产日期和保质期到期日。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><br/></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（十二）同一预包装内有多个单件预包装食品的，在外包装上以最早到期的单件预包装食品的保质期标注保质期到期日，或在外包装上分别标注每个单件预包装食品的生产日期和保质期到期日。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><br/></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（十三）采用分装方式生产的预包装食品，同时标注所分装预包装食品的生产日期和分装日期，以不晚于所分装预包装食品的保质期标注保质期到期日。</span></section><section
