65);">拖欠何某等61名工人2022年9月、2023年3至5月的工资并逃避支付，拖欠工资额达40.5万元。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">恩平市人社局责令其限期结算并付清拖欠的工资，但王某仍未在指定的期限内支付。</span></section><section 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">一方面，加大治理恶意欠薪力度，在结算劳动报酬、犯罪数额认定存在争议的情况下，检察官提前介入并引导公安机关侦查取证，确保案件证据充分、犯罪数额认定准确。另一方面，积极运用认罪认罚从宽处理制度，在办案过程中，耐心向犯罪嫌疑人王某释法说理，宣讲刑事司法政策，敦促其筹集资金并支付欠薪，促使其认罪认罚，</span><strong><span 65);">该公司自2023年5月开始拖欠吴某等人工资共计7.4万元，且经多次催讨无果。</span></strong>恩平市人民检察院依托与市人社局签订的协作机制发现该线索，检察官向吴某等人介绍相关法律规定后，吴某等人向恩平市人民检察院递交了支持起诉申请书。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em; text-align: 2px;">我院于2023年12月受理案件后，检察官多次与双方当事人进行沟通，并了解到吴某等人在该公司工作多年，双方均具有初步的和解意愿。考虑到年关将至，为了让劳动者能够“放下心里的石头”，安心过个好年，我院联合法院积极引导双方当事人和解，<strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 41, 65);">并于12月14日达成和解协议，由该公司分期向吴某等5人支付拖欠工资。</span></strong></span></section><p style="text-align: center;"></p><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">案件到此并未结束，检察官还持续跟进该案的执行情况。经逐一向吴某等5人电话回访，检察官了解到<strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 41, 65);">该公司未按照协议确定的期限履行义务，吴某等人打算申请强制执行。</span></strong>检察官依法受理了执行监督申请，并主动协助整理申请执行材料。通过调查核实，检察官了解到该公司系因货款未及时收回致使未能如期支付工资款，不具有拖欠的恶意，且其和解意愿强烈。</span></section><section style="line-height:
