style="font-size:17px;letter-spacing:0.544px;text-indent:2em;margin-bottom:unset;">我省管辖的北纬12度至“闽粤海域交界线”的南海海域（含北部湾）。</section><section style="font-size:17px;letter-spacing:0.544px;text-indent:2em;margin-bottom:unset;"><strong>二、休渔时间</strong></section><section style="font-size:17px;letter-spacing:0.544px;text-indent:2em;margin-bottom:unset;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 128, 255);background-color: rgb(255, 251, 0);"><strong>从2024年5月1日12时起至8月16日12时止。</strong></span></section><section style="font-size:17px;letter-spacing:0.544px;text-indent:2em;margin-bottom:unset;"><strong>三、休渔作业类型</strong></section><section style="font-size:17px;letter-spacing:0.544px;text-indent:2em;margin-bottom:unset;">除钓具外的所有作业类型，以及为捕捞渔船配套服务的捕捞辅助船。</section><section style="font-size:17px;letter-spacing:0.544px;text-indent:2em;margin-bottom:unset;"><strong>四、相关要求</strong></section><section style="font-size:17px;letter-spacing:0.544px;text-indent:2em;margin-bottom:unset;">（一）严禁跨省、跨海区休渔。所有休渔渔船原则上应回渔船船籍港休渔，严格执行船籍港休渔制度。</section><section style="font-size:17px;letter-spacing:0.544px;text-indent:2em;margin-bottom:unset;">（二）休渔期间，渔船所有人、船长要服从属地政府及相关部门管理，加强渔船消防、靠泊安全防护，落实安全隐患自查和整改。</section><section style="font-size:17px;letter-spacing:0.544px;text-indent:2em;margin-bottom:unset;">（三）钓具渔船、养殖渔船等免休渔船，以及经批准免休的涉渔乡镇自用船舶应严格执行安全生产管理制度，接受监管，全天候开启AIS船位终端或北斗卫星终端，落实临水作业穿戴救生衣等安全措施。</section><section
