六部门通知：预制菜，不添加防腐剂！

微软雅黑;">《通知》明确规范了预制菜范围。预制菜也称预制菜肴，是以一种或多种食用农产品及其制品为原料，使用或不使用调味料等辅料，不添加防腐剂，经工业化预加工（如搅拌、腌制、滚揉、成型、炒、炸、烤、煮、蒸等）制成，配以或不配以调味料包，符合产品标签标明的贮存、运输及销售条件，加热或熟制后方可食用的预包装菜肴，不包括主食类食品，如速冻面米食品、方便食品、盒饭、盖浇饭、馒头、糕点、肉夹馍、面包、汉堡、三明治、披萨等。</span></p><p 微软雅黑;">预制菜产业是近年来发展迅猛的新兴食品产业，呈现一二三产业深度融合发展特点，其产业链条长、关联广、技术要求高，在促进农产品深加工、食品工业转型、消费升级、创业就业等方面均有积极意义。但预制菜也面临范围泛化、标准不统一、产业政策扶持范围不一致、群众忧虑预制菜添加防腐剂等问题，监管工作面临着新挑战。</span></p><p 微软雅黑;">国家市场监督管理总局相关司局负责人回应，规定预制菜不添加防腐剂主要是坚持以人民为中心，满足消费者对预制菜的更高期待。预制菜作为广大消费者的“一日三餐”，消费者在追求快捷便利美味的同时，对预制菜使用防腐剂十分关注。预制菜虽经过工业化预制，但仍属于菜肴范畴，消费者在菜肴烹制过程中一般不添加防腐剂，规定预制菜中不添加防腐剂更加符合消费者期待。</span></p><p 微软雅黑;">同时，兼顾产业实际，引领预制菜产业高质量发展方向。食品添加剂“非必要不添加”“在达到预期效果的前提下尽可能降低食品添加剂在食品中的使用量”已经逐步成为行业共识。预制菜通过冷冻、冷藏等贮存条件和杀菌后处理工艺，无使用防腐剂技术必要性。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent:
