1.75em;">1.社青考生用招生办提供的考号、密码jmzk1234!!登陆初三报考端进行报名。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;line-height: 1.75em;">网址：http://jmzsbm.jiangmen.cn/jmzk/wp/loginsigns.html。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;line-height: 1.75em;">2.进入界面阅读“报名须知”后，点击“同意”进入填报界面，点击“考生报名表”进入，分别填写“基本信息”“家庭成员”“学习经历”三项内容，所有带*号的必填内容都完成后，按“保存基础信息”按钮（如点击“确认信息”按钮，则为提交上级审核，不能再修改信息），确定无误后才点击“确认信息”按钮，最后导出《信息确认表》签名确认（家长和考生本人都要签名），并将《报名信息确认表》扫描版通过QQ群报送招生办备存。再点击“体育考试报名”进入填报界面，增选的两个项目自己不能填写，要告知报名点（招生办）代为录入处理。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;line-height: 1.75em;">3.江门市外就读的社青考生回蓬江区参加中考要补考生物、地理和生物实验操作考试，由招生办在系统申请补考，考生不用填写。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;line-height:
