style="text-indent:2em;">年12月底，上级有关部门反馈蓬江区创*托管中心涉嫌违规开展学科培训。经核查，该托管机构经营者吴某以托管名义有偿开展校外培训。吴某变相开展学科类校外培训行为违反《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法》第六十四条、《校外培训行政处罚暂行办法》第十八条规定。蓬江区教育局责令其改正，退还全部所收费用。2024年1月29日，该托管机构进行了注销登记。</span><br/></p><p style="text-indent:2em;">据群众反映新会区会城哈*教育信息咨询服务中心以托管名义收取费用违规开展学科类培训线索，经新会区教育局实地调查，确认属实。鉴于该公司主动供述违法办学行为，主动核算并确认违法所得，及时停止违法行为并积极退还所收费用。根据《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法》第六十四条、《校外培训行政处罚暂行办法》第十八条的规定，对该公司进行批评教育的基础上，作出责令停止违法行为、退还全部所收费用12.4万元、罚款2.5万元的行政处罚。</span><br/></p><p
