0px;">即日起至2024年3月31日期间</span></strong></span>，全市居民将仍在使用的直排式燃气热水器更换为符合安全规范要求的热水器产品（含平衡式燃气热水器、电热水器、空气能热水器、太阳能热水器等），并经专业人员安装及验收合格后，可申请政府专项财政补贴。</span></section><section style="margin-top: 16px;outline: 0px;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong style="outline: 0px;">二、补贴方式及标准</strong></span></section><section style="margin-top: 16px;outline: 0px;"><span style="font-size:16px;">政府财政补贴以用户为单位，由用户本人自愿申请，按照“财政补贴一点、用户承担一点”的原则，对于财政补贴部分实行分类补贴，具体如下：</span></section><section style="margin-top: 16px;outline: 0px;"><span style="font-size:16px;">（一）对于普通居民用户更换为符合安全规范要求的热水器产品（含平衡式燃气热水器、电热水器、空气能热水器、太阳能热水器等）的，每台热水器按照发票价90%计算补贴，补贴标准最高不超过1000元/台，即补贴低于1000元按实补贴，补贴高于1000元按1000 元进行补贴；</span></section><section style="margin-top:
