申请从事烟花爆竹零售的经营者，应当向所在地县级人民政府安全生产监督管理部门提出申请，并提供能够证明符合本条例第十八条规定条件的有关材料。受理申请的安全生产监督管理部门应当自受理申请之日起20日内对提交的材料和经营场所进行审查，对符合条件的，核发《烟花爆竹经营（零售）许可证》；对不符合条件的，应当说明理由。《烟花爆竹经营（零售）许可证》，应当载明经营负责人、经营场所地址、经营期限、烟花爆竹种类和限制存放量。</span></section><p
