66);"><strong>普查对象为新会区从事第二产业、第三产业的全部法人单位、产业活动单位和抽中的个体经营户</strong>。</span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">二、请您<span style="color: rgb(217, 33, 66);"><strong>提前准备好《营业执照》、统计台账和财务报表等资料</strong></span>，积极配合普查人员准确采集相关信息。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">三、根据《中华人民共和国统计法》《中华人民共和国统计法实施条例》和《全国经济普查条例》的规定，请您<span style="color: rgb(217, 33, 66);"><strong>积极配合普查工作，及时填报普查数据，确保数据真实准确</strong>。</span>对拒绝或者妨碍普查机构、普查人员依法开展工作，或虚报、瞒报、漏报普查数据的普查对象，将依法予以行政处罚，情节严重的违法企业将被依法认定为统计严重失信企业，推送至全国信用信息共享平台和国家企业信用信息公示系统，并在“信用中国”网站公示。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">四、<span style="color: rgb(217, 33, 66);"><strong>各级普查机构及普查人员将对您所填报的普查数据严格保密</strong>。</span>这些数据信息仅用于普查目的，除作为统计执法依据外，不作为对普查对象实施行政许可、行政处罚等具体行政行为的依据。</p><p style="text-wrap: style="text-align: justify;"><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><strong>第三十六条</strong> <strong>经济普查对象（个体经营户除外）有下列行为之一的，由县级以上人民政府统计机构责令改正，给予警告，可以予以通报；其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员属于国家工作人员的，依法给予处分：</strong> <br/></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">（一）拒绝或者妨碍接受经济普查机构、经济普查人员依法进行的调查的； </p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">（二）提供虚假或者不完整的经济普查资料的； </p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">（三）未按时提供与经济普查有关的资料，经催报后仍未提供的。 </p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">企业事业单位或者其他组织有前款所列行为之一的，可以并处5万元以下的罚款；情节严重的，并处5万元以上20万元以下的罚款。 </p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">个体经营户有本条第一款所列行为之一的，由县级以上人民政府统计机构责令改正，给予警告，可以并处1万元以下的罚款。</p></section></section></section><section
