style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2.1875em;"><strong><span style="font-size:16px;">一、暂停办理业务的时间及范围</span></strong></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2.1875em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">（一）社会保险经办机构城乡居民基本养老保险相关信息系统于2024年1月1日00:00停机升级，暂停办理城乡居民基本养老保险参保登记业务，1月8日08:30正式开放，恢复相关业务办理。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2.1875em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">（二）医疗保障经办机构城乡居民基本医疗保险相关信息系统于2024年1月5日18:00停机升级，暂停线上办理城乡居民基本医疗保险参保登记业务，1月9日00:00正式开放，恢复相关业务办理。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2.1875em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">（三）税务机关城乡居民基本养老保险相关信息系统于2024年1月1日00:00停机升级，暂停办理城乡居民基本养老保险缴费业务，1月12日00:00正式开放，恢复相关业务办理；城乡居民基本医疗保险相关信息系统于2024年1月8日00:00停机升级，暂停办理城乡居民基本医疗保险缴费业务，1月12日00:00正式开放，恢复相关业务办理。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2.1875em;"><strong><span style="font-size:16px;">二、温馨提示</span></strong></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2.1875em;"><span style="font-size:16px;">（一）请广大缴费人合理安排时间，错开停机时间办理城乡居民基本养老保险和城乡居民基本医疗保险参保缴费业务，尽量减少因系统升级对办理参保缴费业务带来的不便。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2.1875em;"><span
