2024年度江门市医疗救助待遇标准有变！

style="text-wrap: wrap;margin-bottom: 8px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(95, 156, 239);">一、最低生活保障边缘家庭成员及支出型医疗救助对象新增起付标准。</span></strong></section><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">根据《广东省医疗救助办法》及《关于公布2024年度江门市医疗救助待遇标准的通知》的相关内容，<strong><span style="color: rgb(203, 73, 55);">最低生活保障边缘家庭成员及支出型医疗救助对象</span></strong>新增年度起付标准，分别按各市上上年度居民年人均可支配收入的10%左右和25%左右确定，<strong><span style="color: rgb(203, 73, 55);">2024年标准分别为3876元及9689元</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(203, 73, 55);"><span style="color: rgb(62, 62, 62);">。</span></span></p><section style="text-wrap: wrap;margin-bottom: 8px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(95, 156, 239);">二、需在医保普通门诊定点医疗机构就医，才可享受普通门诊医疗救助待遇。</span></strong></section><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">根据《广东省医疗救助办法》相关内容，2024年1月1日起，医疗救助对象在定点医药机构发生的符合基本医疗保险规定的普通门诊，经基本医保、大病保险等支付后，个人负担的合规医疗费用由医疗救助基金按规定支付，即<strong><span style="color: rgb(203, 73, 55);">医疗救助对象必须在医保普通门诊选定的定点医疗机构就医，才可享受普通门诊医疗救助待遇</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(62, 62, 62);">，</span>对比我市原规定“医疗救助对象在非医保普通门诊选定定点直接就医，也可享受普通门诊医疗救助待遇”<strong><span style="color: rgb(203, 73, 55);">有所调整</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(203, 73, 55);"><span style="color: rgb(62, 62, 62);">。</span></span></p><section style="text-wrap: wrap;margin-bottom: 8px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(95, 156, 239);">三、异地就医需按规定办理异地安置或异地转诊手续。</span></strong></section><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">对于一次医疗救助，按规定跨省或省内异地安置和异地转诊（急诊抢救人员由就诊医院直接选择急诊或抢救的就医标识视同办理备案）的医疗救助对象，按照我市救助标准执行；<strong><span style="color: rgb(203, 73, 55);">未按规定转诊的医疗救助对象，不纳入医疗救助范围</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(203, 73, 55);"><span style="color: rgb(62, 62, 62);">。</span></span>与我市原规定“医疗救助对象不需转诊直接异地就医也可享受我市医疗救助待遇”不一致。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">对于<strong><span style="color: rgb(203, 73, 55);">二次医疗救助</span></strong>，按规定<strong><span style="color: rgb(203, 73, 55);">省内</span></strong>异地安置和异地转诊的医疗救助对象（急诊抢救人员由就诊医院直接选择急诊或抢救的就医标识视同办理备案），按照我市救助标准执行；<strong><span style="color: rgb(203, 73, 55);">未按规定转诊的医疗救助对象，不纳入医疗救助范围</span></strong>，对比我市原规定“医疗救助对象不需转诊直接省内或省外异地就医都可享受我市二次医疗救助待遇”有所调整。<strong><span style="color: rgb(203, 73, 55);">（注：新政策省外就医不论是否转诊都不再享受二次救助）</span></strong></p><section style="text-wrap: wrap;margin-bottom: 8px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(95, 156, 239);">四、支出型医疗救助对象认定流程的改变。</span></strong></section><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">支出型医疗救助对象从原来的镇街及医保经办机构认定调整为<strong><span style="color: rgb(203, 73, 55);">由民政部门认定</span></strong>，再由医保部门根据医疗费用进行待遇支付，身份录入后可发生的符合规定的费用可在就诊医院直接结算，对比我市原规定由医保经办部门进行认定<strong><span style="color: rgb(203, 73, 55);">有所调整</span></strong>，且认定标准按照《广东省最低生活保障边缘家庭和支出型困难家庭救助办法》及《广东省医疗救助办法》执行。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(95, 156,
