221);"><strong>（一）免试就近入学。</strong></span>为确保鹤山市义务教育均衡持续发展，2024年秋季鹤山市小升初招生工作继续执行划片免试就近入学原则，各镇（街）小学毕业生入读户籍所在地的镇（街）初中。未在户籍所在地就读的小学毕业生可申请回户籍所在地的镇（街）初中就读。非鹤山市户籍的小学毕业生如符合政策性照顾生条件或符合异地务工人员子女条件可在居住地申请入读公办初中。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><span style="color: rgb(9, 127, 221);"><strong>（二）电脑随机派位。</strong></span>2024年秋季沙坪街道公办初中（包括鹤山实验中学、沙坪中学、鹤山一中附属中学）将采取统一电脑随机派位的办法，确定录取学生名单。</p><p style="white-space: style="white-space: normal;">（一）鹤山市户籍的小学六年级毕业生原则上回户籍所在地（户籍所属镇街）的公办初中就读（以4月30日前的户籍资料为准）。其中，鹤城镇户籍小学六年级毕业生入读鹤山市第二中学，双合镇户籍和宅梧镇户籍小学六年级毕业生入读鹤山市第三中学。 </p><p style="white-space: normal;">（二）在非户籍所在地就读的小学六年级毕业生可在5月10日前申请回户籍所在地的镇（街）初中入读（以4月30日前的户籍资料为准）。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">（三）在鹤山市以外就读的鹤山市户籍小学六年级毕业生（以4月30日前的户籍资料为准）如要求回鹤山市升读初中，原则上回户籍所在地的镇（街）初中入读（逾期迁入户籍的按异地务工人员子女办理），并在5月10日前向户籍所在地的镇（街）初中提出申请（逾期不接收）。如户籍所在镇（街）的初中学位不足，由教育局根据全市学位情况统筹安排。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">（四）2024年秋季，沙坪街道户籍的小学六年级毕业生安排入读沙坪街道公办初中（包括鹤山实验中学、沙坪中学、鹤山一中附属中学），将采取统一电脑随机派位的办法确定最终入读学校。符合入读沙坪街道公办初中的异地务工人员随迁子女根据空余学位情况按积分高低顺序参与电脑随机派位，未能参与电脑随机派位的由鹤山市教育局根据各公办初中学校的空余学位情况按入学积分高低顺序统筹安排。2024年沙坪街道小升初电脑随机派位工作初定6月6日举行，其他镇小升初招生工作同步完成。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">（五）符合条件的异地务工人员随迁子女原则上按居住地（镇或街道）就近申请入学，若居住地所属初中学位不足，由鹤山市教育局根据全市学位情况统筹安排。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">（六）民办义务教育学校招生按照江门市教育局关于民办义务教育学校招生工作相关文件（另行印发）执行。</p><p normal;">（一）成立领导小组。各镇（街）要成立以分管教育的镇（街）领导为组长的小升初招生工作领导小组，全面具体指导本镇（街）小升初招生的各项工作。各镇（街）中心小学校长和中学校长为本镇（街）小升初招生工作的第一责任人，各校长要敢于担当，落实责任，切实做好本镇（街）小升初招生的领导工作。各镇（街）中心小学要认真指导本镇（街）小学的小升初招生工作，做到阳光招生，全面接受社会监督，确保公平、公正、公开。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">（二）加大宣传力度。针对小升初招生工作，各镇（街）要严密部署，开好学校教师会和家长会，认真细致就招生问题做好广大师生、家长的解释工作，化解各种问题和矛盾。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">（三）严肃招生纪律。2024年小升初招生工作严格执行以下五点规定，以进一步维护我市小升初招生工作的良好秩序，确保鹤山市小升初招生工作公平、公正、公开。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">1.公办学校不准以任何借口拒绝接收本招生区域内应接收的学生。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">2.公办学校不准违规招收择校生。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">3.公办学校不准拒绝接收由市教育局统筹安排的学生入学。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">4.民办义务教育学校将按照义务教育免试入学的规定，与公办学校同步招生。</p><p style="white-space:
